William Ashcroft Australia has been supplying the Monumental and Stone Masons of Australia and New Zealand since 1947. We also supply the specialist decorators of Australia, as well as artists, people involved in conservation and architectural heritage work, framers and art material suppliers.
Our range of products includes Stagg Brand 23 carat gold leaf, which is hand-beaten on our premises. We sell it in booklets of 25 leaves, loose or as transfer, and the size of the leaf is 85mm by 85mm.
Our gold alloy recipe is a secret, but our customers particularly value the beautiful colour of our gold. We also import and sell platinum, palladium, silver, white gold, moon and other types of coloured goldleaf, as well as Schlagmetal (imitation gold) and aluminium leaf.
We sell tungsten tipped masons' chisels, Tesa tape, the Tenax range of glues and sealers for granite and marble, and we manufacture flower pots for memorials. We stock Gebruder Plein porcelain statues, and produce porcelain photographs. We also stock Caggiati bronze.
